There Ain’t No Hill Or Mountain We Can’t Climb Flex

If you know Dellwood, you know J.J. Callahan. J.J. the groundhog has become The Canyons’ lovable mascot, we like to celebrate Groundhog’s Day to honor J.J. This is our second year running a Groundhog weekend PDGA C-Tier Flex Start in hopes that J.J. doesn’t see his shadow so we get an early spring. Of course, in creative DDG fashion we are paying homage to the Groundhog Day movie starring Bill Murray. In the movie Phil Connors becomes trapped in a time loop forcing him to relive the same day over and over again. What does this mean for you? We are running TWO flex starts with the SAME layout. On Saturday play the “So Put Your Little Hand In Mine Flex” and redo it all over again on Sunday by playing the “There Ain’t No Hill Or Mountain We Can’t Climb Flex.” These are the lyrics to “I Got You Babe” by Sonny and Cher that plays when Phil’s alarm clock goes off every morning.

Saturday 2/4/23 - So Put Your Little Hand In Mine Flex - Show up anytime between 8am-2:30pm to play, must be on a card of at least three people, we will help place you. $5 Cash Only for PDGA Members. $5 Optional Ace Pot. Additional $10 Cash Only for non-PDGA members.
